The institute organises a seminar entitled \u201cNew excavations in S\u00e9tif: the ancient city of Sitifis and its territory\u201d, dedicated to the most recent fieldwork carried out on and around the Roman city of Sitifis.
Programme
Morning: presentations on the surrounding wall, the baths and the residential districts, and on the magistrates' and craftsmen's quarters;
Afternoon: methodological session on the study of ceramic and lapidary material, followed by a round table with the teams responsible for the site.
The seminar is open to students, researchers and all heritage professionals. Attendance is free and a certificate of attendance is issued.
